In a bid to expand Nigeria’s emerging FinTech industry, Ventures Platform is partnering with Nigerian assest and finance management firm ARM to launch a Corporate Fintech Accelerator – “Labs by ARM.”
The 12-week intensive program is designed to help early & growth stage FinTech startup’s commercialize & massively distribute their innovations.
Kola Aina, founder and chief executive of Ventures Platform, says this partnership would ensure Nigerian startups are adequately placed to expand their operations effectively.
“This is an amazing opportunity for startups in the FinTech space as they will have access to ARM’s support, mentorship, networks, valuable industry insight, funding and much more,” he said via twitter.
This programme specifically targets FinTech startups with capability in machine learning, blockchain, and artificial intelligence.
They are expected to solve problems around financial inclusion, credit (micro-lending, P2P), big data, wealth management as well as reconciliation.
