The tech community in neighbouring Benin republic received a boost as an
Benin Business Angels Network (BBAN) has been launched.
Its 15 founding members have pledged to invest an annual minimum of CFA2.5 million (US$4,300).
The network will provide funding for startups, mentorship and access to networks to help them scale.
The first core investment is expected to be made at the end of the month,
