Ghanaian startup incubator Kumasi Hive has held its National Artificial Intelligence (AI) Training program at its Hive located in the Northern City of Kumasi.
The aim of the training is to build a reservoir of Ghanaians with high-end tech knowledge that would help in the expansion of the economy of the West African country.
Participants were trained in Python – this training focused on List creation and manipulation, Python built-in-methods and functions.
Other aspects of the training included advanced data visualization techniques and data framing in Pandas.
With the political support from the government, it is clear that Ghana has adopted a futuristic approach to national development which is tilting towards automation.
