Instagram
10 years ago there was no Instagram, it is one of the things that typifies the technological advance of the past 10 years, the photo-sharing app Instagram, though some might argue that selfie-loving Instagrammers are a stride back on the evolutionary scale. Introduced in 2010 for Apple, and two years later for Android, Instagram (IG for those in the know) has hundreds of millions of monthly users who share some 95 million photos (and videos) a day. Since 2010, IGers have uploaded more than 40 billion photos. But lets ask instagrammers how life will look like now without the Instagram App.
Android powered mobile devices.
android powered smartphone is surelly one of the greatest technology advancements that has made life easier Even though it started with the HTC Dream exactly 11 years ago, it didn’t catch up before 2011–2012.
Imagine still using phones with alphanumeric keypads, or BlackBerry devices which died a painful death, or even the Java phones which Samsung had.
Android devices are the most widely used devices around the world, has brought internet access and connected most of the world, especially in countries like India where computers cannot be afforded by everyone.
Just imagine trying to Snapchat someone on a BlackBerry or Nokia device. Even saying that sounds so ridiculous.
So I’m gonna say that Android devices is one piece of technology that I think no one can live without now. especially if you are not a friend of the iphone.

Goal Line Technology/Virtual Assistant Referee(VAR)
In the game of football there several important decisions that have been made by the referrers that where not correct and turned the whole game on its head 10 years ago a referrer will on his decide if the ball cross the goal line or not whether he is correct or not. but now the introduction of goal line technology and the VAR has greatly Helped in easy the pressure on the center referrers.
Goal line Technology is the use of electronic aid to determine if a goal has been scored or not. In detail, it is a method used to determine when the ball has completely crossed the goal line in between the goal-posts and underneath the crossbar with the assistance of electronic devices and at the same time assisting the referee in awarding a goal or not. The objective of goal-line technology (GLT) is not to replace the role of the officials, but rather to support them in their decision-making. The GLT must provide a clear indication as to whether the ball has fully crossed the line, and this information will serve to assist the referee in making his final decision.
